<sigh> How about we try this angle? Mightn't this be more likely to lead to discovering leaders in our community?
Me, I like to think things through. I like to add any/all new information to the "database" of knowledge that I have gained over the years. I like to review, and, as needed, rework things that I have learned in the past based on knowledge newly acquired.
What are your STRENGTHS?!

My love for Black people
My willingness to accept criticism although difficult
My will to live by eating organically when possible, no meat, and by taking 4-5 African dance classes per week
My patience and dealing with my people, and that ain't easy
My being involved in organizations that uplift our people
My goal and desire to start programs for our children in Afraka and amerikkka
My desire to learn and teach

I'm physically strong.
I have a love of knowledge.
I know how to make money, and keep it.
I have good perception of people and my surroundings.
I have unconditional love for black people as a whole.
God is my ultimate strength.
My biggest strength is waking up every day and believing that I could conquer the world
in other words, i have a lot of confidence in myself
