I checked and Unfortunately Comcast doesn't offer free virus protect like some other ISP's do. e.g. Time Warner, AOL, Earthlink...

Make sure you go into Windows Updates and update all of you critical updates. Window automatically come with a firewall so all you need is anti-virus, adware remover and spam blocker(optional).
