1 - 1/2 cup self rising meal
1 cup buttermilk
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 cup cream style white corn
1 - 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Heat oil in iron skillet to 400 degrees. Mix all together and put in hot skillet. Cook 40 minutes.
