1 14 oz can of salmon
1 egg slightly beaten
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Teaspoon Lemon peel
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon rosemary crushed
1/2 Cup each of chopped onion,green pepper and bread crumbs
Drain salmon;flake. Combine Ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Serve on toasted buns
