At the same time, it does seem self-serving, that you'd come and post links to your own web site, as though this is the only way to start a discussion regarding these topics.

Why not just start a discussion? Share your views on this topic and allow the Family to share theirs? It's not absolutely necessary, that we read what your Members say regarding the subject. And if you really want us to know what they think, why not invite them over here to share their own views with us?

In order to post numerous links to the same site, you really need to be a Premium Member. What you're doing, by posting multiple links to your site, exceeds the hospitality extended to everyone, of allowing them to share a link to their site. You've already done that, in this thread (http://destee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28732), and what you're doing now, could easily be considered spamming.

We don't mind folk sharing their sites, businesses, endeavors, etc., with us, but we don't want to be taken advantage of either. At this point, the majority of your posts includes links to somewhere else, with very little discussion from you.

As a forum owner, i'm sure you understand what i'm saying. If not, let me know and i'll try to be more clear.

About the mixed thing. My grandma is from Honduras, a black woman from S. America, my dad is from Compton. What am I then? Just a South American brutha

It says in books that we are all mixed with some other race at some point in our history.

Doesn't phase me much, just proves that all this discrimination crap is just wat it is ...crap.


Now for me, I have two different cultures, because im Caribbean. So sometimes i wonder wich one i benefit from the most. West Indian's have a separate culture from the Africans from africa, and those that lived in the states. I think i have some hebrews in my ancestry though, if i retrace my line.
