Destee suggested I take a poll regarding the recent contention between myself and another member in the Thread, "What Can Africans Do to help Africa" In this thread it was claimed that I do not care about Continental Africans, among other allegations.

So my question to the family is, based on what you have read in my replies concerning Africa and Africans, do you believe that I do not care about continental africa and african affairs in general?

Brother Sekhemu I am certain that you care about all members of the diaspora of Alkebulan. Everyone says things sometimes that are not inline with their real views.

i know u care in reading your response. i believe that both u and ur advisary should put ur egos 2 the side and stop trying to "win the arguement".

I believe you care about the well being of continental Africans. Why? Because you have vested a lot of time and effort in preserving and following the traditions of Africa. This is evident by your posts. You can't care about African heritage and culture without caring the about African people from which our heritage was born and who live the culture today. I know this is a cyber-community and it's members thoughts and opinions matter to a certain degree but as long as you know you care it doesn't matter how anyone else view your words, methods or actions, unless you come off too abrasive and disrespectful. I understand what you were trying to do in the thread that sparked this poll.
