peace,

Yes I taped this about a year ago when it was presented on Cable TV and It was very powerful........Especially the part when he states "But, there was a voice loud and clear but we were afraid of that voice" - of course speaking of El-Hajj-Malik-El-Shabazz..........check even Dr. Clark's body language when he begins to speak on El-Hajj - he is gripping the arm of the chair firmly with his right hand and he slides up to the edge of the chair because of the boost of energy he receives by just saying malcom's name.

I played this part over and over so I could also feel that energy to the point I got a surge of enerfy that passed all through my body........powerful indeed!

peace bra

ya'll need to check this tape out. Hopefully, Destee can get it ready for distribution to the Family through a download.

This tape is powerful...and very informative. I had the pleasure of hearing our Elder speak at Florida A&M University (FAMU). He was AWESOME.

Uhuru!

I Agree. This is absolutly a must have film. I would encourage those with children to have a family night and view this together followed with a discussion (several times..lol).

Even better call all your family and friends together and do the same.

full film no interuptions (http://www.speakfreedom.net/movies/page2.htm)

This is a Wonderful film. I watched it once and was amazed at the depth that it went into. Not really sure why I was amazed because it is John H.C. but still... magical.

There is one thing that makes me angry about this film - we all ignore what Dr. J. H. Clarke, our Beloved Ancestor and Elder, stood for. We would rather use what we were taught by our western slave-masters in this society and apply it to our daily lives. Our-story is nothing today, sayeth our actions and the way in which we carry ourselves as a collective. Many of us pretend that we respect and love our Elder Teachers, when we keep their hard work suppressed, and do not pass it on to the next generation(s) so that they can under-overstand it.

Needless to say as I end this post, compared to Dr. M.L.K., if I were to ask any random young Brotha or Sistah on the street if they know who Dr. J. H. Clarke is, how many of them will say they at least heard of him?

WAKE UP PEOPLE!:time: is of the essence!
