What a flow
full of energy
I see
I read
it Amazes me
I take the flow and I dealllll.
The spine in my back still feeling the chills

I touch
I feel
becomes so real
Emotions take effect and I start to heal
Spitting verbs,and nouns, adjective and such
I take
I taste
And it fills my gut

How much is the flow,too much to take
Oh so many gifts my God did create
I become
I live
Each uttered word
Got skills my people,hav'nt you heard
You flow

And our voices ring
heard by the world,while we do our thing.

Nita gurl, I must agree with you! I LUV the nourishment I receive when I come and feast on this smorgasbord of wisdom in so many flavors! I get full, and I always come back for more ~ there's ALWAYS something new on this soul food menu for my mental, spiritual AND my physical ;) !
