yeah, i heard it and i agree with Stern.
Powell has been riding on his fathers coat tails and doing the devils work for him.

I have to say I agree with James.

It's hard to argue with Stern on the free speech issues. I'm not necessarily sure he needed to go after him and his dad though.

I have to file this situation in my "who cares" drawer as well.....

I thought it was halarious when I heard the tape of the conversation. I think it's good that he confronted him because they are killing the free speech thing. I don't know if I'd pay $12.00 per month to listen to Howard Stern on sattalite radio, but I think it hurts the radio industry to fine people for things the FCC doesn't "think" the public needs to hear. That's right along the same lines as Bush deciding that no one can have an abortion. Deciding what people can do and hear because of your own beliefs.
