Listening to the quiet storm
I haven't done this in so long
Saying umph, every time a lyric
gets to me in almost every song
Swaying, smirking, sighing
thoroughly enjoying each tune
Sopranos singing about the stars
Tenors crooning about the moon
Wishing that you could hear
the same sweet music that I do
But somehow I feel that these
love songs are stirring within you
Making you see me with your third eye
Making you feel me even deeper
as you strum my heart strings, the
melody lingers on, eternally, a keeper
A duet of forever, making me snuggle
within our harmony, keeping me warm
Listen closely baby...
Can you hear that quiet storm?

...and the forecast for today
is "purple passion"...so be sure
to get your raincoats and umbrellas
unless the storm is specifically for you
...then you may want to just run
out and dance beneath these wonderful
words of poetry...

mmm mmm mmm sister...I can so relate
those quiet storms are so wonderful

This was Beautifully Romantic...
Write on chile...

Yes aren't quiet storms loud? :hearts4: Exuberating and worth looking forward to have happen. I love being smacked by a love attack. Jump on my back; let me know I am alive. Feeling my heart beat and my mind searching for a way to remain close. Please don't ask me not to go. :missu: Because I won't leave if you tell me so. My better judgment has been lost I know. I don't care who knows its so. :hearthis: World I am in love. I have been :kiss1: So quiet storms come from above. :rain: :rain: :rain: Rain down on me.

Guess I'll just dance in it a while then sage. Your responses flow like poetry. Thank you for humbling me once again.
Hodee, seems like you've been caught enough in one of those storms to appreciate them when they hit. Enjoy that shower brotha. Appreciate your response.
