comin from where i'm from,
dusty roads often trodden.
heads rocking to the music,
where grandpa's..........just be noddin.

no where to find a place,
to rest from the life.
where i live everday,
some call it Fidelity but i call it Fi.

not many teens,
diggin the soul type singing.
cuz they too busy trying to figure out,
what those quick talkin rappers be meaning.

and i'm one of them,
but not fully so.
i listen to smooth jazz-r&b,
and of course my favorite.................soul.

i'm starting a story,
of the life of me.
on my home--where my family is,
on destee.

and you ain't gotta listen,
you ain't even gotta reply.
cuz whether you answer or not,
it won't kill me.............i won't die.

and you know why?

cuz we're all different and that's what makes us special,
and bcuz at the end of the day....................we'll still be us,
and that's all i wanna be, me!

so you can sport your clothes,
your jewels, or games.
but i'll sport my poetic side,
leaving me much more to gain.

but i point not the finger,
i have no one to blame.
but me if i never,
learn shame...........................

give love to the unlovable..........then give the rest to the already loved
