this guy took the cowboys to the playoffs w/ out a solid running game. so why was he fired? im hearing rumors about weed , i dnt know if thats true, but why else would fire your starter? id take carter over testaverde, henson(jury still out however on henson) or any of those other scrubs. i guess parcels just dont play.

I've often heard people argue that weed isn't a drug, and that it is harmless. However, when the inability to stop smoking weed keeps you from earning millions of dollars (Ricky Williams)....there is definately some brain damage going on.

they say sports is representative of society at large, given my experience in dealing with whts i would not doubt that they r smoking. however the league is 60%+ blk so naturally the # of players getting busted would be more blk than wht.

browns qb jeff garcia was busted for dui, remember raiders qb tod morinavich? the usc star drafted by the raiders, busted for weed, then quit football to play in a rock band......

parcell is the kind of coach tht doesen't hesitate 2 make an xample of som1 but n this case, i think this wuz a bonehead move. this ain't 1997 & it ain't vinnie & the jets anymor. vinnie can't run, or even scramble worth a lick, he has 1 of the worst td's 2 interception ratio's n league history, & is waaaaaaaaay past his football prime. he wld b marginal as the veteran back up on any competitive team. :uhoh:

i seriously doubt he will finish the season as the cowboys starting qb. :nono:
