Fate …Cuts like a two edged sword
But you gotta watch the wind

Fate, Like a summer breeze that blew you my way
Destined to return at the right time.

So like a gift in a box waiting to be unveiled
I wait…

Not because of the happiness such a gift would bring.
Simply of the pleasures received from the one who cherishes a gift that’s needed.

So every time I feel the wind blow.
I place myself inside a box cushioned with abstinence…
Wrap myself up in patience, and put on self-sacrificing ribbon and tie it into a bow of (“NO, NO’s”) and self-pity.

To await…

Fate…Just Like that same summer breeze, that blew you my way, now blows my “NO” bow’s down allowing my pretty ribbon to be sacrificed, while I slowly unwrap myself, and stand outside of that all to be damned box of the “nobody knows…”, No cushion needed.

Fate cuts like a two edged sword
… But the wind blows in every direction….

oh, very nice...

Wrap myself up in patience, and put on self-sacrificing ribbon and tie it into a bow of (“NO, NO’s”) and self-pity.

this line just jumped from the page...

So much truth and yet...a bright ray of hope

and a Strong Gust of Wind Blowing...through this piece...

I loved it...

It cuts both ways, but with the wind, there is hope, yea, I think I could feel the hope here.
