I cried a million tears one day
While standing in the rain
My mother left this world, last year
And I can't stand the pain

Reminiscing, all the time
Of days and years gone bye
God took away my love in life
And still I ask him why

My mother knew my ups and downs
And loved me just the same
She bore the weight of my failures
And sometimes took the blame

I want to scream, and jump and yell
Be angry, stomp, and cry
Though suffering, sick and dying
Those reasons don't say why

A thousand tears, I've cried today
And I'm not out in the rain
Still my mother left, last year
And I can't stand the pain

this was expressed well and i feel ya deep inner emotions flowing

Nothing matches a mothers love, nothing. It will take some time to heal, but know that a part of her will always be with you. This was such a heart felt scribe.

Spirits never die...anything that you see of beauty...you are seeing her. this touched my heart to the core...but you're not alone...we're here with you always.
