View Full Version : Poetry : You'll Know What to do with This...
watzinaname 05-15-2004, 08:51 PM Just gonna wrap it all up
with a pretty little bow
in a tiny little box
so no one will know.
Gonna close it up
and seal it with duct tape
I would seal it with a kiss,
but my mouth is still agape.
Gonna bind it with some twine
make sure nothing slips out
this is a special delivery
taking the celestial route.
I stamped this with my faith
and paid the postage due
I can only hope and pray
this package finds its way to you.
I hear you have all the wisdom
and the remedies for such dealings.
So God, I sent you this tiny box
containing all my feelings.
I trust that you will
handle with care.
Releasing them in this realm
didn't get me any where....

angelicsage 05-17-2004, 10:28 AM Sister...
this was so masterfully written
the imagery above all...just pulls
you right into the preparation
of the packaging...
moreover, the meaning...
was so wonderful...
for only he, can resolve
the many cares we place
within the box...
Wonderful peace...
