This is very true. It is extremely important to eat a healthy diet (high in iron, calcium, protein, vitamins, etc.) when you are pregnant. Not only is a healthy diet important when you are pregnant, but it is important before you become pregnant (if you are planning on a baby), and after you are pregnant. This is especially true if a woman plans on nursing. Women who do not eat healthy often have problems producing milk, and satisfying their baby's hunger. Diet & regular doctors visits go a long way to ensuring a healthy baby, and an uncomplicated pregnancy. :jumping:
