I've always drank a lot of milk but didn't know until recently
the dangers...I'm trying out soy...it's a big adjustment :( :eek:
but I'd rather be healthy

i heard some bad stuff about soy though, that it kills infants..that its not, healty at ALL maybe u should look into that somewhere...
