for my friend. Out in the Wilderness, strugglin'.

Do you know what's going on, like Brother Marvin says?
are you stuck in a rut, steadily ignoring the new day?
Look around, there's a race to get through to your mind,
It's tough to help those that choose to remain 'blind.'
Unlike some others, I'll always make the time,
to help you out, because you're a lost friend of mine.

Like brothers, we started out little fellas with the same dreams,
to get big, chase skirts, and escape the stalemating schemes.
But one of us fell to the wayside, stuck in Neutral,
tell me, if I did, would you save me from being a fool?
I hope so, so don't take this as trying to test your manhood,
I'm only trying to pick you up, to show you all that's good.

There is no Cain and Abel between you and I,
I got much love for you dog, until the day I die.
I won't tell you what you want, I'll tell you what you need to hear,
the 'whale' will swallow you, watch out, it knows what you fear.
The same, it fears the truth, as it will bring about the Light,
to pierce the crust from your 'third eye,' restoring your true Sight.

Peace
