when i was a child i thought as a child
my behavior was childlike
but what else could you expect from a child
now that i'm grown i've learned somethings
from people and some i've learned on my own
one word that i've recently added is dedication
i was always able to speak it but
i recently found out i didnt know what it meant
a good many years wondering i spent
only to find out that what i was searching so
desperately for i lacked myself
but now that i've gained it
words can not express
how i feel inside now that i've been blessed
