Alaafia,

Happy Holidays!

Hello Dadachango69 ... We don't currently have an Orisha Online Class. If you are knowledgable in this area yourself, or willing to host a class so that you, me and everyone here can learn more about African Traditional Religions, please read this thread, Calling All Teachers - 2004 Online Classes (http://destee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21729). It is an open invitation to all willing to teach and i'd be honored to have you guide us in class at destee.com/chat (http://destee.com/chat)!

We will be starting our online classes back up again after the new year begins, may i put you on the schedule?

I would love to, Mama Bear, but my schedule is not steady yet. Plus, my film projects are about to move into full swing. What''s up with Iya Ademide? Have you PM'd her? She sounds like a great contributor. I would love to, but I don't know my schedule as of yet. I will definitely put a few cents in. I am pretty articulate and vocal about my faith.

But, :thanks:for thinking of me.

Yes, Iya was a wonderful contributor here but unfortunately, did not feel welcome and left us. It will be difficult to replace her fiery, yet loving teaching Spirit, but hopefully we will be blessed with someone who will step up and teach us the ways of Yoruba Spirituality right here at home. I'm sorry your schedule won't allow you, but if ever you find the time, know you have a place.

I guess it's that stereotypical Shango priest personality. It's hard to contain fire. She's good people though. If it's who I think it is. I got along with her fine. I think I ran across her before on an old forum a few years back. She'll be back.

I'll let you know if I can squeeze time in. My computer time gets limited to just email checking when I get moving.

Thanks for hittin' me back so quick. Hope you're enjoying your holidays.
