I know that sounds crazy but for real, I need to pick one that is suitable to my dress.... My dress is red,low cut, and long with a split on the side...... So what kind of hairstyle would I get for that?

hi gurl, i dont know if you have your hair long or short but if its long, then i would suggest wearing it up and with curls coming down and if its short, you could rock the outie flips... halle berry style. have fun at homecoming babe! God Bless!
