My mama once told me that when you cry
you release all sorrow
She said that crying was like wrapping an age-worn blanket around your soul and thrusting life back into an unkempt heart
All fear, all pain, all self-imposed disparities free themselves when you
release
Crying ain't such a bad thing, she said
Don't be ashamed girl
Let your soul breath
Sometimes all our souls need to breath
Cry baby
Go on and cry
