going through the same problem here...and to make it worst, when the elders did not want to sell there home that was located near the harbor but was still then ghetto they increase the property value, so some went from paying 300.00 a year in property tax to 8000.00...most were working class peolpe, and some retire on fix income so they was force to sell...
