Hey, are there any gospel fans out there? I've just started to get into this style of music and I must say I really enjoy it. Very relaxing to me and I just love people you can really sing without the help of computers!! I work at universal so I get to hear advance copies of CD’s and recently heard a gospel album called CHURCH that I really liked. It is more a gospel style music album than a religious one. Singers like Patti LaBelle, Dionne Warwick, and En Vogue do some famous songs in a gospel style. So the songs are all very raw and powerful. Anyway, I really liked it and I thought other fans might want to check it out when it is released tomorrow. Enjoy!!

Hello again, I just got this CD today and it was as good as i first remembered it! I really like the Nnenna Freelon cover of "Ooh Child" the best but they all are good songs. Something new that i didn't get to hear before at universal was the spoken word tracks by Maya Angelou. They open and close the album and really are inspirational and set the tone for the whole album. This cd is incredible and you all will really enjoy it. tell me what you think if you hear it at all!
