tentatively Iraq has agreed to disarm
however, USA still suspects their disarment is going to be
relatively limited for they do not have anything supplied
from Iraq stating the exact number of missiles that
they have in inventory
therefore, what they plan on disarming may be an understatement of the exact number of missiles that they actually have in inventory
however, the U.S is unable to make this determination b/c they have no records to go on to substantiate whether in fact there is possibly a discrepancy
