we made love
so sweetly
so frequently we shared
our very essence with one another.

again.
again.
and again.
she loved me
and I loved her
into we ecstasy.

so gently as she sleeps
she plays a melody
of a memory
of her loving
as my lady sleeps.
as she sleeps.

so i gingerly
and tenderly
tip toe through my memory
so as not to disturb
a single sigh
a single cry
so as not to wrinkle
the freshness
of her loving me.

so gently as she sleeps
she plays a melody
of a memory
of her loving
as my lady sleeps.
as she sleeps.
and begin to weep....

she has so impacted me
my memory
of her
Silohetted in beauty
moon shining over her left shoulder
balcony of our honeymoon suite
as the angels sing
a symphony
of marital harmony
on the first night we made love.

so gently as she sleeps
she plays a melody
of a memory
of her loving
as my lady sleeps.
as she sleeps.
and as i weep....
i thank my God for this
gift given unto me.

love.
