teach me how to let it out...
teach me how to cry my pain away...
teach me how to let myself accept that it is okay to cry...
how teach me how to embrace tears as my way to healing and
recovery...
teach me how love myself enough to want to get better...
teach me to allow the tears to wash the pain to into a distant memory..
allow me...somebody to cry..please teach me to cry...

I used to be hard, not wanting to be vulnerable, not wanting to shed any tears for anybody. And then my heart couldn't hold my hurts inside any longer. The tears began to fall and I cried all night. It was the most wonderful feeling of relief the morning after.

I will never again hold in all that pain anymore. Just knowing how sweet the release is, will start my tears to flowing.

Just thought I'd share. Thank you for sharing this piece. It is ok to cry.
