What appeals to me most, so far, is this really cute, competitive, brightly colored, banner advertisement promotion that is free to participate in. It also appears to start over at the beginning of each new month, giving everyone a chance to be "the winner." This is my first new month being there, so I'm not exactly sure about that. I do know that I've received quite a few hits since joining.

If you have a web site and a banner, you'll want to link your site to this one. Even if you don't have a banner, that's okay too, you can still link your site. A reciprocal link is required, if no mistake.
