Hello Gang,
To all of you who, like me, like tweaking your system for optimal performance, you can electronically flash your bios to gain faster seek time with your monitor, diskette drive, hard drive and keyboard. Go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer and type in the search window your model and type. When the drop down window appears type in your serial number of your computer and see if an updated version of your system's bios is available. If it is download the update to your hard drive and print the installation instructions. You'll need a formatted "3.5" diskette to be able to flash the bios. Flashing the bios is a free update. Good luck.
